- On your iPhone. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing to leak.
- How do I export my journal?
- Open the Journal tab and use Export: a PDF report for your doctor, or the raw CSV. Both are free forever.
- I bought the app and moved to a new iPhone.
- Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchases — the purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.
- How do I delete everything?
- Delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it. Episodes you saved to Apple Health stay in Health and are deleted there.
